Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases on Meme Video AI and is part of our terms of service. Purchases are sold by Anyway, our merchant of record, and approved refunds go back through Anyway.
Purchases that can be refunded
- A credit pack, within 7 days of purchase, if no credits have been used on your account since you bought it.
- A duplicate or unauthorized charge, or a billing error, once we confirm it.
Purchases that cannot be refunded
- A credit pack bought more than 7 days ago.
- A credit pack after credits have been used on your account since you bought it.
- Unused credits on an account closed for breaking the terms of service, except where the law requires a refund.
Failed videos
If a video fails to generate, or does not pass our content check after it is made, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@memevideoai.com from your account email address with the date of the purchase.
How long it takes
We reply to every refund request within 3 business days. Once we approve it, Anyway returns the money to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. The credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, such as a statutory right of withdrawal.
