Everything goes through one address: support@memevideoai.com. Write from the email you signed up with so we can find your account. We reply from the same address and never ask for your password.
Before you write
- Credits or videos missing: check the account page first. It lists every credit change, order and finished video, and credits for failed videos come back automatically.
- Delete your account: you can do it yourself on the account page. If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address.
What to include
- Refund: the date of the purchase. The terms explain the 7-day rule and which purchases qualify.
- A video that looks wrong or failed: what you uploaded, the quality and length you picked, and roughly when you made it.
- Report a video: the link to where it was posted, and why it should come down (your rights, a real person, or a breach of the acceptable use policy).
- Privacy requests: say whether you want a copy of your data or deletion. The privacy policy lists what we hold.
