About Meme Video AI
Last updated
Meme Video AI does one thing: it puts your cat, dog, toy or a character you drew in the driver's seat of the "this is private property" meme. You upload one photo, and a few minutes later you get a 10- or 15-second MP4 with sound, in 480p or 720p, with the pause and the punchline of the original clip.
Why we built it
The clip of a man in a white pickup telling two fishermen to get off his land went viral on TikTok in August 2025. From late September 2026, AI remakes that put pets behind the wheel became a trend of their own. Remaking the scene by hand means filming, lip-syncing and editing. We wanted a version where the only thing you need is a photo.
How it works
Everything is made with the Kling 3.0 Omni video model, and no frame or sound from the original TikTok is reused. For 10-second videos we made our own reference clip of an orange tabby cat in a white pickup at a pond, with original voice lines; the model puts your subject in the cat's seat and keeps the camera moves, the timing and the audio. 15-second videos are generated straight from your photo and a fixed written description of the same scene, with the voices made by the model. A video costs 110 to 330 credits depending on quality and length. If the model fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
No real people, and every video is checked
We do not accept photos of real people, yourself included, and we do not make videos of real people. Every uploaded photo is checked automatically before anything is charged, and every finished video is checked again before you get it, using the Qwen vision model on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Photos of real people, sexual, violent or hateful content, and characters or logos owned by someone else are turned down. The full rules are in the acceptable use policy.
Your photos and videos
Uploaded photos and finished videos are stored privately, and photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. We never use them to train AI models. The privacy policy lists every service that handles your data, and the terms of service explain credits and refunds.
What we are not
